Abu Bakar As Siddiq born in the same year with the Prophet of between 571/572 AD in Mecca. His original name was Abi Abdullah ibni Quhaafah. Abu Bakar meaning 'father of the girl', that the father of the Prophet Muhammad's wife Aisha. His real name is Abdul Kaaba (meaning 'servant of the Kaaba'), which is then converted by the Prophet into Abdullah (meaning 'servant of God').
Other sources say his name is Abdullah bin Abu Quhafah (Abu Quhafah is "Alam Kuniyah" or nickname of his father). Converted to Islam

First Caliph
When Rosullullah Muhammad SAW will die, Abu Bakar was appointed as the prayer. Had been a dispute on Shiites who refused to recognize Abu Bakar as the first Caliph. The death of Abu Bakar
Abu Bakar As Siddiq became caliph in a period of 2 years. Abu Bakar died on August 23, 634 in Medina. He was buried beside the grave of Rasullullah Saw. Furthermore, the position of caliph replaced by Umar.
